Jacob is one! Woohoo! Actually, I dont know why I said that...I take the "Woohoo" back. BOOOOOOO! My baby is growing up. He has 6 teeth (well, sorta) and he walks, and he is 375 days old today. At least I can count it on one hand.....what?
I'd like to take a minute to welcome Penelope, Hobie and Rapunzel.My 6 week old chickies. :)
I've never been much of a bird person, but they are pretty cute. And they are fun to watch. Especially when Jacob waddels after them in his zombie pose (I.E. arms reached out, waddeling back and forth, grunting and mumbling noises with a perma-grin). They dont like him, and I dont blame them. The first time he met Hobie (the white one) he grabbed her head and yanked it almost completly off. Thats when he decided that he likes chickens. Now every time he is around they hide.

I finally got a Chia Pet, and I tell ya, I couldnt be more dissapointed. Dont get me wrong, I loved him (It was a Homer Chia, and for good reason. Reasons that will go undiscussed in this post) but I heart H.O.M.E.R. But really, the thing smelled SO bad! For days I kept cleaning my kitchen and taking out the trash like twice a day and scrubbing the sink and stuff cuz something was all bunk up in there, then I finally took a nice big whiff of Homer's head and sure enough....it smelled like a horses arss. So I sadly threw it away.

I watched District 9 last night.
Wanna know what the worst movie in the world is? (Besides Sky Captain and the WOrld of Tomorrow of course)
District 9.
It TOTALLY sucked. It was like torture to have to sit there and watch it. I tried to leave once but Derek gave me puppy dog eyes and asked me to stay so I had to stay. So I sat and SUFFERED through it. Did I mention that it sucked???? And its totally freaky cuz their language sounds A LOT like Jacob when hes trying to talk.
I noticed it while I was driving today and he was in the back seat. I knew it was him but I had to look back there, ya know, just to be sure.
Aliens freak me out ok? Ever since that one movie with the little girl who leaves half full glasses of water all over the place and then they end up smashing the glasses with a baseball bat and soak the aliens so they die. What ever that one was called, it freaked me out so bad, and shortly after seeing that movie Derek hid around the corner and freaked me out so bad that something popped in my brain and I had to go lay down (Carlie knows what Im talking about) so I hate aliens.
I need some new recipes that are good, dont send me any that involve pickeled things, unless its actual pickels. And if it involvs ingredients that come in jars and look like they could be part of some freaky science project dont send me those either. And I hate ginger. But if you have any recipes that meet all my criteria could you send them to me? Thanks. (now you are all like, "who does this girl think she is? Telling me not to send my pickeled cow eye recipe...she's not getting anything now shoot, with an attitude like that")

do they lay eggs? i wont tell you HOA about you cute little chickies but i think maybe your neighbors might eventually!! haha! cute pics. i have no good recipes i tell ya. making curry chicken for dinner. do you want that recipe? it does have some weird ing. but nothing pickled or looking like it could and was used in a science experiment sooooooo im guessing you really do want it.

The movie is Signs. I love it. And that is funny that you hate District 9 , Raul LOVES it!! I like it, but I did squirm in my chair a bit during the metamorphosis - yucky.
I liked the way he said the F word though, its like not really the F word they way he says it. (HEHE) I also like my new car song - Chia and Chickens or vice versa, either way it works.
