Pina Colada Bread

Im not usually one to toot my own horn, but Dannnng Gina, I did good this time :)

I came up with my own recipe for Pina Colada Bread, cuz srsly, doesn't it sound good? You should try it. Really

Ingredients:
1 8 oz can of crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
2 eggs
2 cap fulls of imitation butter flavor
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
some salt (like 1/8 teaspoon)
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
In medium fry pan toast the coconut flakes with a little bit of butter until golden brown. Set aside until later.
Dump can of crushed pineapple in bowl
Add sugar and butter, mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add eggs and imitation butter flavor, mix on low for like a minute.
Dump in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, stir with a wooden spoon until just combined.
Fold in the toasted coconut.
Grease your loaf pan and dump in batter (lick the spoon when finished, yum).
Bake for like an hour
